Kevin Young is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner and the founder of Young Health & Wellness. He earned both his Bachelor of Science in Nursing and his Doctor of Nursing Practice from Palm Beach Atlantic University and is board certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).
Throughout his career, Kevin has cared for patients across a variety of clinical settings and consistently saw how rushed visits, fragmented care, and insurance-driven decisions left people feeling unheard and disconnected from their own health. Those experiences ultimately led him to create Young Health & Wellness.
Through direct primary care, Kevin is able to offer longer visits, easier access, and care that is thoughtful, transparent, and relationship-driven. His goal is for every patient to feel confident in their care, supported in their goals, and genuinely known as a person—not just another appointment.

Direct primary care covers your primary care needs. It does not replace insurance for hospitalizations, surgeries, emergency care, or major medical events.

Yes. Membership payments can be paid using your Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA). This allows you to use pre-tax dollars and maximize your savings.

Up to 90% of medical needs can be covered by your primary care provider. Emergency rooms, hospital stays, imaging, and surgeries are handled separately.

Young Health & Wellness operates on a membership model rather than per-visit billing. However, we do offer a one-time telehealth visit for non members for $95 due at time of service.

In-home visits are scheduled when medically appropriate and within our service area of Palm Beach County.
The practice is telehealth-first, which allows for faster access and greater flexibility. In-person care is reserved for situations where it truly adds value to your care.
Yes, children ages 2 and older can join our practice.
We provide routine wellness visits, school and sports physicals, common sick visits, and management of routine childhood conditions.
We do not currently provide immunizations, and we encourage families to discuss vaccination needs with their pediatrician or local pharmacy.
